Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all pin codes across India. Delivery timelines may vary by location:

Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad): 2–4 business days
Tier 2 cities (Hubballi, Mysuru, Mangaluru, Belgaum, etc.): 3–5 business days
Tier 3 cities & rural areas: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: May take up to 10 business days

 We do not currently ship outside India. International shipping is not available.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

An email notification with your tracking number
An in-app notification in your account
You can track your order anytime from My Orders → Track Order in your account

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your children's clothing to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

All items are folded neatly and packed in sealed poly bags
Orders are packed in sturdy corrugated boxes or poly mailer bags
Fragile or delicate items receive extra padding
Your invoice is included inside the package

Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 48 hours:

Package not delivered — We will investigate with the courier and reship if necessary
Damaged package — Take photos and contact us immediately for a replacement
Wrong items received — We will arrange a free replacement and send the correct items
Missing items — Contact us with your order number and we will resolve it quickly

 If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available, the courier will attempt delivery again. After 3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address, or provide accurate delivery instructions when placing your order.
