2. Reseller Disclaimer
We are an independent reseller of genuine surplus inventory. Products sold are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or under the official warranty of the original manufacturers.
3. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. However, the actual colour may vary slightly due to your device's display settings.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order
Promotional offers and discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time
4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets
We do not store your payment card details on our servers
If your payment fails, your order will not be confirmed. Please retry or use a different payment method
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Pan-India Delivery on all orders
Delivery Charge: ₹49 on all orders
Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
We currently deliver within India only
Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/notification
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, here is our policy:
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are shipped, from My Orders → Cancel Order
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you may request a return/replacement instead after delivery
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact
To initiate a return, log in to your account and submit a request from your order page
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back
Replacements are dispatched within 3–5 business days after we review your request
Replacements are free of charge — when you exchange an item for the same product (size issue, damage, or defect), we do not bill any additional shipping or COD charges
Refunds cover the product price only (inclusive of GST). Delivery/shipping charges and COD handling charges are non-refundable, as those services have already been performed
Refunds are always credited to your 0 to 10 Wallet — never back to your original payment method (card/UPI/net banking). Wallet balance never expires and can be used on any future order
Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing tags are not eligible for return.
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately.
When you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
Providing accurate and up-to-date information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the property of 0 to 10 Kids Clothing and is protected by Indian copyright laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0 to 10 Kids Clothing shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products

Delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party couriers
Website downtime, technical errors, or security breaches beyond our control
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hubballi, Karnataka, India.
